He had to make his way back up the order, as Fernando Alonso wavered on and off the podium. In the end, it was Vettel who takes his third championship in a row.

Kimi Raikkonen's win added to his points tally, but not enough to keep him in the championship fight. It's now a full on battle between Vettel and Alonso with two races remaining.

Sebastian Vettel's 6 points lead from Fernando Alonso has increased to 13 as a result of his fourth consecutive win at the Buddh International Circuit today. Alonso limits damage by taking a superb second from fifth on the starting grid. Lewis Hamilton drops to 5th in the standings as Mark Webber climbs up a place.

Sebastian Vettel's dominant victory around the Korean International Circuit allowed him to move into the lead of the championship, but Fernando Alonso finished on the podium and seems determined not to let the Red Bull driver get too far away from him.
