The Alpine A110 achieved most of its fame in the early 1970s after winning several rallies in France. The inaugural World Rally Championship (in 1973) was won in an Alpine A110 at the Monte Carlo Rally after a buy-out by Renault.To mark the event of the 50th anniversary of the iconic A110 Berlinette, Renault has created a concept car named Renault Alpine A 110-50 which was revealed today [May25]
