Earlier this month, a French publication called Business Book GP 2012 claimed that Fernando Alonso is easily F1′s highest paid driver, with earnings almost equal to McLaren’s drivers put together. Schumacher visits Valentino Rossi at Le Mans (+Video)

Michael Schumacher was invited at Le Mans this weekend [May 20] to mark the French MotoGP race. Also visiting, was Stephane Peterhansel - ten times Dakar winner.For 33-year-old Rossi it was only his second podium finish in two years and could not have come at a better time as Stoner is due to retire at the end of the year and the Italian suggested he would be interested in the ride.Michael
